and the yo-yo dieting begins.

Now they tell you that carbs and sugars are bad for
you. That they make you fat. Then all of a sudden the low and no carb

Here's what
happens next.
First you lose a few pounds… then your body catches
on and plunges into starvation mode (this is bad, very bad). In a nut
